1. Once your booking has been submitted your booking is confirmed and you will be sent a tax
   invoice to the email address entered.
2. All bookings must be paid for prior to attending the clinic.
3. Cancellations made up to 14 days before the clinic date will receive a refund less a $10 administration fee. Cancellations 7 days before the clinic date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the clinic will receive no refund. In the event of injury or illness
   (and on presentation of a medical certificate) you will be refunded your registration fee less a
   $10 administration charge. Substitutions are welcome as long as we are notified by email.
4. Modifications to your registration can be made to your online registration by following the instructions and link included in your confirmation email. A $5 fee applies for any modifications made to your booking by the clinic administrator on your request
5. The MILO Liz Ellis Netball Clinics will go ahead regardless of the weather. Whilst every attempt
   will be made to keep participants dry in the case of rain, sometimes it isn’t possible. If the
   weather is not looking inclement, please bring wet weather gear and a change of clothes. In
   the case of torrential rain, clinics may be postponed or moved. In this case the associations
   with access to indoor venues for the clinics will not be affected by wet weather (these are Sutherland, Liverpool, Ku-ring-gai, Pennant Hills, Hawkesbury, Gosford and Northern Suburbs). For clinics
   with outside venues (these are Randwick and Baulkham Hills), we will email attendees by 8am the morning of the clinic to advise if your clinic has been postponed or cancelled due to wet
   weather.

7. In consideration of Liz Ellis Pty Ltd allowing my child/ward to participate in the clinic, I hereby indemnify Liz Ellis Pty Ltd, its sponsors and agents against all action, claims, demands or liability whatsoever and by whomever in respect to injury to person including, by without limitation, injury to my child/ward, or damage to property arising out of or in connection with participation in such clinic whether such damage or injury or loss be caused by the act, neglect or default of Liz Ellis Pty Ltd or Liz Ellis Pty Ltd sponsors or agents or other participants in the clinics or otherwise.
8. I. the parent/guardian of the participant, (for myself, their heirs, executors and administrators) - agree both on behalf of the participant and in my own right that: (i) we give our full and complete permission, without reservation or restriction to Nestle Australia Ltd, Liz Ellis Pty Ltd, the participant's home State or Territory Netball Association and its partners, representatives, agents and assigns ('Authorised Parties') to use television and photograhic image/s of me obtained from the MILO Liz Ellis Netball Clinics to use, reproduce and publish in any communication medium whatsoever, as determined by the Authorised parties (jointly or severally) from time to time, for educational, game development, promotional, commercial or marketing purposes; (ii) the foregoing permission is unconditional and applies in perpetuity; (iii) no fee or remuneration will be provided for the participant's appearance in any such communication mediums; and (iv) I and the participant waive, release and forever discharge the Authorised Parties from all claims, actions and liability relating to its use of said television and photograhic image/s.
